Trekking in Mt Everest Base camp

Nepal is landlocked country located between China and India. Nepal is Himalayan country covered 85% of land with hills and mountains. The wide of Nepal is around 200km and the altitude varies from 60m to 8,848m. So there is lots of diversity in environment. You can feel the change of weather and environment in just 10 to 15 km. Northern part is very cold and covered by snow through out the year where southern part is very hot. The temperature in southern part is more than 35 deg.

There are Himalayas in north part of Nepal. There are lots of rivers which flows directly from Himalaya. If any travelers is nature lover want to explore natural things Nepal will be his/her perfect choices for following activities.

Nepal is famous for bird watching and jungle safari tour. Chitwan national park denizen of one horn rhino, Bardia National park inhabitant of Bengal tiger, Koshi tappu homeland of hundreds of birds species. These place can be combined with other activities or you can visit Nepal only for this purpose.

Nepal is perfect destination for paragliding lovers, you can fly like a bird near by Himalaya. There are various spot for paragliding but I suggest Sarangkot paragliding tour and rara paragliding tour.

There are many white water rivers in Nepal which flows from Himalaya. They are very much popular with travelers for fast flowing white water river rafting tour. Trishuli river rafting, Karnali river rafting, Bhotekoshi river rafting, Tamor river rafting are most rafted rivers.

For adventure lovers Nepal bunjee jumping is also a good choice. 160m free fall jump is rated adventurous by travelers.

Nepal is small country but there are 121 mother languages speaking peoples. There are various temples, stupas which are made before 300,400 years. Lumbini the birth place of Lord Buddha is popular among travelers.

Among 10 highest peaks of the world there are 8 peaks in Nepal including Mt Everest. Nepal is very popular destination for expedition and peak climbing. 414 peaks are open for peak climbing 72 among them are above 7000m altitude. Isn't is amazing.

Annapurna Region

Nepal is popular for trekking in Himalaya. There are world popular trekking routes like Everest base camp trekking, Annapurna base camp trekking, Upper mustang trekking. Trekking in Nepal Himalaya is suitable in Autumn and spring season. I don't suggest rainy and winter for trekking. If you choose spring season all the mountains and hills above 4000m are covered with snow and you will love the scene and adventure. If you choose autumn season this is perfect time to view clear crystal view of Himalaya.

You can also choose solo trekking in Nepal Himalaya but I do not suggest for solo trekking.  There is high risk of altitude sickness, weather problem and problem of language for communication in Himalaya so do not travel with out travel agency.
